WHAT RENTAL INCLUDES

• The rental includes the helmet and the chain with lock to tie the bike. In rentals of a few days, we will give you a kit to fix punctures and a pump, but its use will cost 4 €.
• In case of any breakdown, you can call us and we will come to repair the bike or change it for you. This service is free within a radius of up to 10 km from the rental point; from here the price is 1 € / km.
• If you want SPD pedals, we can provide them for a 5 € supplement.
• Liability insurance.

USAGE CONDITIONS OF OUR BICYCLES

• The client will be responsible for his driving, as well as for the damages caused by it, declining to the company PORTOCOLOM SPORT SL all the responsibility derived from non-responsible and non-regulatory driving.
• The user will be responsible for any damage caused by poor driving or driving off roads and paths during the rental period.
• It is the responsibility of the client and his companion to respect the Spanish traffic regulations.
• The client is obliged to be careful and take all necessary precautions to protect bicycles and rented equipment from damage, loss or theft. If any of the aforementioned situations occurs during the rental period, the client will immediately assume all the replacement costs incurred at market prices.
• The client is responsible for being insured with adequate coverage against risks that may arise during the rental period. The company is not responsible for claims for accidents, injuries, blows or damage caused to themselves and third parties or to their property, or for loss of objects.

TRANSPORT CONDITIONS

• In case you require the transport of the bicycles to your hotel or accommodation, the price will be 25 € up to a radius of 20 km (free if you have paid 120 € or more). From km 21 the cost will be 1 €/km.
